Sie dürfen Krahfikprodukte nicht ohne die ausdrückliche schriftliche Zustimmung von Krahfik anderen zugänglich machen oder zur Verfügung stellen. Das beinhaltet, ist aber nicht begrenzt auf, die Verfügbarmachung in Netzwerken (ausgenommen Firmennetzwerke bei Erwerb einer Lizenz zur kommerziellen Nutzung), das Anbieten in Filesharingbörsen, Angebot zum Download bei Filehostern, Senden durch Tubestauschgruppen, Hinzufügen zu Datenbanken oder Angebot zum Download auf Webseiten.
Mit der Benutzung des Krahfikshops erklären Sie sich mit der Speicherung aller Daten einverstanden, die zum Funktionieren der Shopsoftware nötig sind.
Sie haben das Recht, gemäß dem Fernabhandelsgesetz den Vertrag ohne Begründung innerhalb von 14 Tagen zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beginnt mit dem Empfang der gelieferten Ware. Zur Wahrung der Frist genügt die rechtzeitige Absendung des Widerrufs. Der Widerruf ist schriftlich per Post oder per Telefax, per E-Mail oder auf einem anderen dauerhaften Datenträger oder durch Rücksendung der gelieferten Artikel an Krahfik, Moldaustraße 33, 76149 Karlsruhe zu richten.
Die Rücksendung kann zu Lasten von Krahfik erfolgen. Krahfik erstattet den Kaufpreis sobald der Artikel eingetroffen ist.
Bei Nichtgefallen ist eine Erstattung möglich.Erstattungen unterliegen dem Ermessen von Krahfik und richten sich nach dem derzeit gültigen Fernabhandelsgesetz. Ist eine Erstattung erfolgt, liegt es in Ihrer Verantwortung als Käufers, das Produkt zu löschen und dieses auf keinen Fall weiterzugeben oder selbst weiter damit zu arbeiten.
Bei Downloadartikeln liegt es in ihrer Verantwortung als Käufer Krahfik glaubhaft darzulegen, daß es sich um einen Fehlkauf handelte, bzw, daß das Produkt Ihnen nicht von Nutzen ist.
Für personalisierte Produkte kann Krahfik kein Widerrufs- oder Rückgaberecht einräumen, es sei denn das Produkt weißt Mängel auf, die sie uns nachweisen können.
Sie dürfen Krahfikprodukte nicht zur Herstellung, Förderung oder Bewerbung von rechtswidrigen oder volksverhetzenden Materialien oder Zwecken benutzen.
Krahfik kann die Ihnen erteilte Lizenz widerrufen, sollte Krahfik Ihnen Lizenzverstöße nachweisen können.
Weitergehenden Ansprüche Ihrerseits (des Käufers) sind ausgeschlossen, egal aus wechen Rechtsgründen. Krahfik haftet nicht für Schäden, die nicht am Liefergegenstand selbst entstanden sind.
Krahfik haftet nicht für entgangenen Gewinn oder sonstige Personen-oder Vermögensschäden des Käufers. Dies gilt dies auch für die persönliche Haftung von Arbeitnehmern, Vertretern und Erfüllungsgehilfen.
Krahfik haftet nicht für Schäden durch Dritte. Sie as Käufer haben keinen Anspruch auf Schadenersatz, wenn Sie mit Ihrem Auftrag nicht den von Ihnen vorgestellten Erfolg erzielen, des weiteren können Sie Krahfik in diesem Fall nicht auf Schadenersatz verklagen.
Salvatory Clause:
Tritt eine Bedingung außer Kraft oder ist fehlerhaft, so wird die Gültigkeit der übrigen Geschäftsbedingungen davon nicht betroffen.
Our Licences:
Licence for private use
-With the purchase of this product, You purchased a non exclusive Licence for private use.This licence is valid for one person/one houshold only. You may pass our product on, if You delete it from Your computer, Your webspace or whatever data carrier You use.
You may:
- You may change the product(Enlarge, scale down, crop, change colours,frame, whatever You like,including effects like sparkle or breathing animations )
- You may combine Our products with products of other shops, artist, photographers.
- You may user our product for the production of printmedia, but not on a commercial scale. (Example: Use our tubes to design postcards, print them and send them.. You may do this, as long as You dont sell the cards.).
- You may create a backup copy of our prodcuts, as long as You dont make it public. You may put the backup on Your webspace, as long as it isnt publicly accessible.
- With the purchase of our product You aqcuired all rights to to derivative works You Yourself created.
-You may create websets, styles for board- or gallerysoftware or similiar digital products(phpbb, wbb, coppermine etc) only for Your private use. (Naturally You may show around Your artwork created with our tubes online)
You may not:
- You may not user our product commercially(Example: Use our tubes or photos in an advertisement)
- You may not pass our product on, while retaining a copy on Your computer, webspace or any other data carrier.
- You may not offer our products for download, add it to a database or a collection You offer publicly, either free or for payment.
- You may not use our products for creating ilegal material, promoting illegal material or advertising for illegal material or uses.
-You may not pass websets, styles for board- or gallerysoftware or similiar digital products(phpbb, wbb, coppermine etc) You created for private use on (eg offer boardstyles as free downloads)
Krahfik explicitly forbids to send our tubes, photographs, backgrounds or other products Krahfik might offer in the future through tubessharing groups, offer them on usenet or on filehosters like rapidshare, divshare et.al. for download, or to make them in any other way public without our explicit written permission.
Licence for commercial use
-With the purchase of this product You aquired a non exclusice licence to use our product.This licence is valid for one person, one hosuehold, one business or one company.You may pass our product on, if You delete it from Your computer, Your webspace or whatever data carrier You use.
This licence is valid for the installation of our product on several company computers or data carriers.
- - With the purchase of our product You aqcuired all rights to to derivative works You Yourself created or commissioned to be created
You may:
- You may change the product(Enlarge, scale down, crop, change colours,frame, whatever You like,including effects like sparkle or breathing animations )
- You may combine Our products with products of other shops, artist, photographers.
- You may use our product for the commercial production of print- or other media.
This licence does not include the right to offer our product as is for sale, to add it to a database or a colection of graphics , to offer it for download or to make it public in any other way, either for free or commercially
- You may create a backup copy of our products, as long as You dont make it public. You may put the backup on Your webspace, as long as it isnt publicly accessible.
- You may create and pass on websets, styles for board- or gallerysoftware or similiar digital products(phpbb, wbb, coppermine etc) for free or for payment (eg offer boardstyles as free downloads)
You may not:
- You may not use our products for creating ilegal material, promoting illegal material or advertising for illegal material or uses.
